He was predeceased by: his friend Raymond McMullan; his parents, Joe McMullan and Cora Payne McMullan; and his daughter Stacey. He is survived by: his wife Lois Foster McMullan; his children, Mike, Courtney, Matthew (Gentry), Randy and Sherri Russell; his grandchildren, Victoria (Will), Caroline (Ian) and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Slade and Finley McMullan.

Memorials may be made to the Broadmoor Baptist Mission Fund.
