She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Orville Oliver and Marie Myers Oliver. She is survived by: her husband Elton Ronald Stowers; her son Michael Hunter Stowers (Sarah) of Madison, MS; her grandchildren, Henry Coleman Stowers, Jackson Hunter Stowers and Susannah Milling Stowers of Madison; and her sisters, Sharon Oliver Benthall (Larry) of Houston, TX and Melanie Oliver Brinkley (Rick) of Conroe, TX.. She is also survived by three nephews, and one great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Webster Animal Shelter in Madison.
