She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper A. Cragwall and Hilda Ashford Cragwall; her husband John A. Welsch, Jr.; and her daughter Gretchen Welsch Pumphrey. She is survived by: her children, Hilda Sallack (Bill) of Denton, Texas, Blanche Woolwine (Richie) of Brandon, John Welsch III, Gilland Welsch of Murray, Kentucky and Jasper Welsch (Patricia) of Madison; her son-in-law Mike Pumphrey (Diane) of Madison; her brother Jay Cragwall (Kathy) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Matt Sallack, Anna Sallack Lawlor (Joe), Joe Pumphrey (Brooke), Thomas Welsch, Lucas Sparks and Brett Woolwine. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
