She is survived by: her husband Dr. Sam Polles; her sons, George Sam Polles (Trip), Jim Humber Polles (Megan) and John Carter Polles (Amanda); her grandsons, Samuel Carter Polles (Laine), John David Polles, Samuel James Polles, Jack Redding Polles, John Mark Polles, John Carter Polles Jr. and Sam Foster Polles; and her great grandchild George Joseph Polles. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.
