She is survived by: her children, Cheyenne Atkinson Cosnahan (Henderson), Vanessa Atkinson Smith and John Alford Christopher (Mandy); her grandchildren, Anna Cosnahan, Isabel Cosnahan Brissman (Craig), Sarah Smith and Meredith Smith; and her sisters, Jean Alford and Elaine Alford Pope (Larry). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
