He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Blanchard, Jr. (Valrie), Kurt Blanchard and Mico Hunsucker (Josh); his sister Patsy Blanchard Smith; and his grandchildren, Jeffery Thibodeaux Jr., Landon Paul Hunsucker, Luke Michael Trahan, Megan Alexis Thibodeaux and Valeria Blanchard.
