She is survived by: her mother Louise Johnson (Wayne); her daughters, Haley Grace Henry, Hannah Lauren Henry and Addyson Hope Bray; her grandchildren, Hartlee Gordon and Kason Woods; her father Kent Slaughter; her brother Alex Slaughter; and her stepsiblings, Greg Uzzle (Amber) and Amanda Smith (Brandon). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
