He is survived by: his wife Terri Gardner Phillips; his children, Anna Grace Phillips of Memphis, TN and Clayton Allen Phillips of Madison, MS; his mother Faye Phillips McFarland; his stepfather Ray McFarland of Raymond, MS; his sister Dena Lauren Phillips; his niece April Livingston; his brother-in-law Rick Gardner (Heather); his nieces and nephews, Mabry Gardner and Grant Gardner; his sister-in-law Ginger Gardner Samson (Stephen); his nieces and nephews, Gray Samson and Jordan Samson (Regan); his stepbrothers, Larry McFarland (Michelle), Kenny McFarland, Terry McFarland (Heidi) and Darryl McFarland; his uncle Lawson Cook, Jr. (Kay); and his aunt Phyllis McWilliams.
