It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Homer Richards Jr. of Madison, Mississippi, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Homer Richards and Mamye Fairley Richards; his former wife Patti Cargill Richards; his wife Norma Neill DeLong Richards; his daughter Amanda Catherine Richards; his sister Judith Richards Bostwick; and his stepchildren, Fred Cole DeLong, III (Amy) and Holley Neill DeLong Burrett.
