He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Fields Sistrunk; his children, Deborah Jane Sistrunk and John David Sistrunk, III (Kim); his stepdaughters, Rebecca L. Fields, Anne F. Shirley (Steve, Ruthie F.), Hollis and Melanie F. Livingston (Matt); his sisters, Mary Ann Johnson and Marie Wells (Bob); and his grandchildren, John Schutze, Rhett Schutze, Samuel Schutze, Jack Schutze, John David Sistrunk, IV, Ronald Scott Sistrunk and Michael A. Sistrunk.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Catherine's Village Dominican Fund in Madison, MS, St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Ridgeland, MS, or a charity of your choice.
