James W. Johnson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2020, at the age of 71, James W. Johnson of Madison, Mississippi, born in Jackson, Mississippi passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James W. Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, D. C. Johnson and Evelyn Johnson. He is survived by: his friends, James, Pam and Cruising; his wife Pam Poley Johnson; his sons, James Kevin Johnson (Jessica Levi) and Brian Eugene Johnson (Misty Ruble); his granddaughter Abigail Johnson; his brothers, David Butler Johnson (Ophelia) and Van Douglas Johnson (Janalee); and his sister-in-law Pat Ainsworth (Jerry). He is also survived by six nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Albert at Rankin Rural Medical in Richland, MS and the employees and medical staff on the Covid Unit at River Oaks Hospital for the exceptional care they provided.
