He is survived by: his wife Sandra Warham Eddy; and his children, Cathy Eddy Hayes (Michael) of Charlotte, NC, J. Scott Eddy (Kate) of Madison, MS, Jeff Eddy (Tracy) of Metairie, LA and Greg Eddy (Karen) of West Islip, NY.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson's Association in his name.
