He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Qualls of Madison, MS; his son Derek Qualls (Kelly Qualls) of Mobile, AL; his sisters, Louise Qualls, Donna Earwood and Larreda Qualls; his daughter-in-law Judy Qualls of Madison, MS; his sisters-in-law, Judy Brooks of Tallulah, LA and Tyena Wyble of Arnaudville, LA; and his grandchildren, Kristen Qualls of Jackson, MS, Cassady Qualls of Mobile, AL, Katie Qualls of Madison, MS and Jackson Qualls of Mobile, AL..
