She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Johnson and Pearl Johnson of Eupora; and her siblings, Mavis Pearl Johnson, Thomas Walter Johnson and Jim Haywood Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Frank Gammill of Madison; her children, Janet Lynn Bates (Donald) of Madison and Jimmy Ronald Gammill (Regina) of Indianola; her grandchildren, William James Bates (Marley) and Callie Claire Gammill; her siblings, Van Lamar Johnson (Becky) and Mary Helen Doss; and her sister-in-law Ann Holder Johnson.
Memorials may be made to St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Madison, MS.
