He is survived by: his children, Melissa, Cindy, Lee and Courtney; his grandchildren, Mindy (Jonas), Kayla, Trace (Virginia), Kristi, Jeremy, Laney and Lawson; his great grandchildren, Gracie, Braden, Alessa, Elam and John; and his siblings, Richard (Patsy) and Annie Ruth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
