He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Clemans (McClimans) of Idaho and Edgar E. Clemans of Idaho; and his half-brother Ed Clemans of California. He is survived by: his friends, Harold and Carol; his son Joe (Annette); his siblings, Dr. Johnnie Clemans (Darla) of Idaho, Norma Moore of Idaho and Erla Hruza (Ron) of Idaho; his wife Carol Theobald Clemans of Madison, MS.; his children, Annette Clemans Povolni (Paul) of Madison, MS. and Jonathan Mark Clemans (Kelli) of Valley Springs, CA.; and his grandchildren, Jaden Paul Povolni, Madelyn Joelle Povolni, Amelia Grace Clemans and Reid Jonathan Clemans. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
