He is survived by: his children, Angela Allen Heider, Carl F. Allen (Melanie) and Henry R. Allen; his grandchildren, Catherine Allen Carter (Jon), Jon Peters, Heather Heider Akins (Tyler) and Margaret "Maggie" Allen; and his great grandchildren, Katie Carter and Owen Carter.
