She was predeceased by: her husband William J. "Billy" Edwards; her daughter Donna Jean Edwards; her parents, Daniel Dewitt and Margaret Abigail Coston Countiss; and her brother Daniel Don Countiss.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Fogg (Bruce) of Oxford, MS, Joel Edwards of Madison, MS and Lisa Edwards of Jackson, MS.; her grandchildren, Laura Efstratiou (Pete) of Canton, MS, John Finnegan (Maury) of Madison, MS, Elizabeth Nowell of Columbia, MO, David Finnegan (Lindsay) of Madison, MS and Melissa Fogg of Madison, MS.; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Grayson Nowell, Zoe, Katherine Efstratiou, Liam, Patrick Finnegan, Jack and Luke Finnegan; and her sister Jimmie Dee Ferguson of Bruce, MS..
Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Broadmoor Baptist Church (1531 Highland Colony Pkwy, Madison, MS 39110). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
