He was predeceased by: his parents, David Buck and Anna Sampson Buck; and his wife Betty Jo Buck. He is survived by: his children, Karen Mullins (Chuck) of Scottsdale, David Buck III (Gigi) of Destin and Ted Buck (Tammitha) of Madison; his brother Jimmy Buck of Onalaska; and also Catherine Pope of Madison. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandkids.
