He is survived by: his children, David Jolly Jr. (Darlene), Mark Jolly (Rhonda), Stuart Jolly (Jackie), Mona Nicholson and Melissa Ros; and his sisters, Hilda Naomi Williams, Mary Elizabeth Yerden (Boots), Juanita Jolly, Linda Ann Spencer and Cheryl Darlene Yeagley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
