He was predeceased by: his parents, Gino Mangialardi and Edna Mangialardi. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Wooten Mangialardi; his daughters, Katherine Flynt (Austin) and Elizabeth Mangialardi; and his siblings, Dr. Robert Mangialardi (Wendy) and Gina Marie Mangialardi. He is also survived by one niece and four nephews.
His heart for service was evident in his many philanthropy projects and fundraising activities for Make-A-Wish Foundation, Florida Literacy Coalition, and Toys for Tots.
