He is survived by: his wife Tammie Clark Murphy; his son Carl Ted Murphy (Amanda); his grandchildren, Morghyn and Beckham; his siblings, Thomas Emmet Murphy (Courtney) and John Dewitt Murphy (Kristen); his niece Bridgette; and his sister Lein Doyle (Greg). He is also survived by two nieces, and many cousins, and close family friends.
