It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brooxie Nelle Lowry James (Madison, Mississippi), who passed away on June 5, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband William "Bill" W. James; her parents, Van Lowry and Clementine Lowry (Cauthen); and her siblings, LaVern, Robert, Edward and Dan Lowry.
She is survived by: her children, William W. "Walt" James (Jackie), Anne James George (Danny) and Thomas Dan James (Marie); her stepson David Roy Byrd, Jr. (Sharon); her grandson Mark George (Kayla); her great grandchildren, Catherine Nelle "Kate" James and Laura Anne James Shepherd (Matt); and also Christopher Bradshaw (Christen).
In lieu of flowers memorials in her name may be made to the Webster Animal Shelter, 525 Post Oak Rd Madison, MS 39110.
