He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Provine of Greenwood; and his nieces and nephews, Becky Charlton (Mark) of Bell Buckle, TN, Johnny R. Baker, Jr., Jonbob Wise (Whitney) of Greenwood, Robbin Chamblee (Mark) of Madison and Fraiser Mattox (Timothy) of Madison.
