He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Latimer Haggard; and his brother John Thomas Haggard. He is survived by: his mother Mae Meeks Haggard of Louisville, MS; his sister Patricia Haggard Foley; his brother-in-law David Foley of Madison, MS; and his nephew Matthew Connor Foley of Madison, MS. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
