He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Watkins Turner and Lucy Turner; and his sister Kathy Utroska. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Farrar Turner of Macon, MS; his sons, Steven Turner, Jr. (Ashley) of DeKalb, MS and Brent Turner (Lauren) of Collierville, TN; and his grandchildren, Landon, Cooper, Max and Reagan Turner.
