She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Taylor and Sallie Taylor; and her siblings, Nick, Alfred, Joe, Emmit, Emma Taylor, Ruthie Williams, Mary Washington and Sallie Mae Buckhalter.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Vance of Rock Island, IL, Birt Bonner (Alice) of Macon, MS, Dwight Taylor of Macon, MS and Eddrin; her sisters, Annie Rice (Coty) of Macon, MS, Lena Smith of Tupelo, MS and Nancy Mae Cunningham of Artesia, MS; and her sister-in-law Dollie Mae Taylor of Macon, MS. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
