He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward, Jr. and Kathleen Kitchens Robbins; and his daughter-in-law Angela Battle Fincher. He is survived by: his former wife Polly Peden; his wife Martha Rose Peden Robbins (Polly) of Macon, MS; his sons, Marcus Jay Peden Fincher (Amy) of Macon, MS, James Edward Robbins, IV (Nancy) of Haltom City, TX and Anthony John Robbins (Melissa) of Brandon, MS; his sisters, Shirley Spell of Macon, MS and Carolyn Thomas of Shuqualak, MS; and his grandson Christopher Jay Fincher.
