He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Rushing and Hugh Gene Cash. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Cash (Alice) and Jonathan Cash (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Emma, Neily, Caron, Karleigh and Cooper Cash.
