He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Eaves and Mary Kate Boone Eaves; his daughter Sherry Eaves Polatsidis; his granddaughter Katie Thomas; and his siblings, David Eaves, Glen Eaves and Aurelia Eaves.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Gentry Eaves of Macon; his son Charles "Bubba" Eaves of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.; his granddaughters, Brandy Fuller (Robby) and Megan Polatsidis Sakalaukus (Joshua); and his great grandchildren, Ethan James Thomas, Jacey Fuller, Gracyn Fuller and Zoe Ainsworth.
