She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Eugene Long and Bertha Smith Long; and her brother Charles Richie Long. She is survived by: her children, William Joseph Parker and Mallory Parker Carlisle (Randy M. Carlisle); and her grandchildren, Madison Parker Holt (J. Corbin Holt), Braden Michael Carlisle, Marley Rivers Parker and Riley Claire Carlisle.
