He is survived by: his wife Alberta May; his children, Temetric Shon Evans of Pascagoula, MS, Frame "Wayne" Willis Jones of Houston, MS, Antonya May of Memphis, TN, Douglas Tyrone May of Sandyhook, MS, Jermaine "Aloha" May of Jayess, MS, Tony "Shana" of Mantee, MS, Kimmie Taylor of Maben, MS, Thomas Evans III of Mantee, MS and Timothy Evans of Mantee, MS; his stepdaughter Jacqueline Mays of Manassas, VA; his mother Fannie Mae Yates; and his siblings, Perry Yates, Huey Yates of Eupora, MS, Gabriel Yates of Detroit, MI, Windy Robinson (Kenneth) of Cincinnati, OH, Nora K Rutledge of Detroit, MI and Barbara Evans of Mathiston, MS.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and one great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
