It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Earl Blade Sr. of Maben, Mississippi, born in Washington, Mississippi, who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelious Sterling Blade and Bertha Adell Singleton Blade. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Harpole Blade of Maben, MS; his children, Jackie Jackson (Steve) of Vernon, AL and Robert Earl "Robbie" Blade, Jr. (Katie) of Maben, MS; his brother Ronald Blade of Arcadia; and his grandchildren, William Jackson, Tyler Jackson, Brandon Blade, Laura Katherine Blade and Wesley Blade.

Memorial donations may be made to Maben Methodist Church and Providence Methodist Cemetery.
