She was predeceased by: her parents, William Watkins and Winnie Diamond Watkins; her husbands, Bryan Sherman and Marvin Hugh Crowley; her daughters, Nita Stallings and Vivian Sherman; and her siblings, Patricia Kinard and Billy Watkins.

She is survived by: her son Rick Sherman (Stephanie) of Starkville, MS; and her grandchildren, Clay Oldham, Paden Oldham, Amanda McRoberts, Heath Sherman, Corey Sherman, Robin Stacher, Stacy Kulikowki and Dawn Johnson.

Memorial donations may be made to Center Grove Baptist Church in Maben, MS.
