It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Ann Atkins of Maben, Mississippi, who passed away on August 22, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Roy Atkins Sr.; her daughter Marsha Atkins Ray; her parents, Marshall Turner and Mary Elizabeth Turner; and her siblings, Boyd Turner, Howard Turner, James Marshall Turner, Peggy Kellum and Patsy Enlow.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Atkins Adamec and Chip Atkins (Kinta) of West Point; her grandchildren, Lee Ray (Lauren) of Louisburg, Kansas, Rachel Ray of West Point, Adam Ray (Brittaney) of West Point, Kelsey Bercegeay (Clint) of West Point and Shay Ladner (Devin) of Gulfport; her great grandchildren, Justin Jones of Ringgold, Kimber Ray, Willow Ray, Cutter Bercegeay and Kolton Bercegeay; her sister Linda Williamson of Grenada; and her siblings-in-law, Dale Enlow of New Hope, Janice Turner of Brandon and Dorothy Cole of West Point. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
