She was predeceased by: her father Timothy Ben Smith; her grandfather Nathan Ben Smith; and her sister Ashley Marie Smith Dingler. She is survived by: her mother Maxine Cobb Hilderbrand (Ernie) of Lyon; her son Jaylen Blake Gardner of Lyon; her grandparents, Sam, Evelyn Cobb of Leland and Carolyn Smith of Athens, Alabama; and her sisters, Crystal Lynn Swann of Birmingham and Brittany Angle (Ben) of Blountsville, Alabama. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and a host of aunts and uncles.
Tiffany's final gift was through organ donation to help save the lives of others.
