He is survived by: his wife Meg Agostinelli; his children, Clare Agostinelli and Thomas Agostinelli, Jr. (Jennifer Agostinelli); and his granddaughters, Mary Morgan Agostinelli and Amelia Agostinelli. He is also survived by his friends and family.
