He is survived by: his wife Sandra Fay Sweatt Ross of Batesville, MS.; his children, Joseph Manly Ross of Madison, IN, James Patrick Ross of Columbus, IN. and Andrea Paulette Webb of Wynn, AR.; his sister Elizabeth Ann Williams of Clarksdale, MS.; his grandchildren, Abagail Ross, Tyler Ross, Zachery Ross, Lisa Webb, Damien Queen and Trake Webb; and his great grandchildren, Tylan Hubbard, Weston Webb and Della Jane Webb.
