It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Joel Piercy of Lumberton, Mississippi, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Piercy and Linda Piercy; his children, Zachari "Damen" Eli-Piercy and Katelynn "Kati" Piercy; his stepson Austen "Tailor" Eli-McClaskey; his former wife Christy; his siblings, Randy Slade and Becky McEwen; and his nieces and nephews, Cody Slade, Kelly Ford (Slade), Tristan and Ashleigh McEwen. He is also survived by many great-nieces and a great-nephew.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers or other arrangements, his children would like to provide a Dixie Youth Scholarship in his memory for his dedication to the sport of baseball from playing to umpiring.
