He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Faye Walker; his daughter Katrina Irby; and his grandson Corey Tyler Walker. He is survived by: his children, Girard Shea Walker (Trixie), Jerrel Dewayne Walker (Leigh) and Deborah Diane Yates; and his sister Cheryl Grant. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
