He is survived by: his wife Martha Frances Rayburn (Rawls); his sister Charlotte Gipson of Baxterville, MS; his children, Todd Rayburn (Tammy) of Lumberton, MS., Randy Brown of Lumberton, MS., Selvyn "Tally" Rayburn, Jr. of Columbia, MS. and Tanya Carney (Rick) of Columbia, MS.; and his grandchildren, Jared, Joci Rayburn, Cole Saxon, Jessica Seally and Kathleen Daughdrill. He is also survived by four great-grand children and numerous nieces and nephews.
