Ruby Mae Gipson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2024, at the age of 95, Ruby Mae Gipson of Lumberton, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Osmus Robertson and Gertie Yates Robertson; her husband Joseph Clinton Gipson; her son Clayton Joseph Gipson; her brothers, John, Jim, Ralph, Henery and Elton Robertson; her daughter-in-law Linda Gipson; and her great grandchildren, Dawson Lawler and Bo Bradley Waddle.
She is survived by: her children, Janell Morrow (Gerald Wayne) of Somerville, TN, Clinton Gipson (Mitzi) of Lumberton, MS and Don Gipson (Brenda) of Sumrall, MS; her grandchildren, Andrew Gipson, Tyler Gipson (Carmen), Jonathan Baughman (Sam), Tamatha Powell (John), Nicole Gipson, Jennifer Waddle (Jeff), Stephanie Lawler (Kyle) and Wendi Johnson; her great grandchildren, Harlie Waddle, Meredith Powell, Kyleigh Lawler, Cayden, Hoyt, Easton Baughman, Brennan and Emma Katherine Johnson; and her sister Mary Sokovich. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family wishes for memorials to be made to Bay Creek Church and Cemetery Fund in Memory of Ruby Mae Gipson.
