He is survived by: his wife Jillian; his children, Chandlier Houston, Cassidy Martin and Skyler Lewis; his brothers, Bradley Martin (Whitney) and Kamern Martin; and his grandparents, Billy Wayne Martin (Linda), Don Davis (Karen) and Dale Chestnut.

The family asks that you consider donations to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in lieu of flowers.
