He was predeceased by: his son Jerry Randall Cooper; and his parents, Fred Cooper and Olivia Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Betty Cooper of Lumberton; his daughter Mary Katherine Smith of Tylertown; his granddaughters, Tiegha Smith Seals (Joe) of Lumberton and Michelle Smith Thompson (Jeff) of Columbia; his great grandchildren, Haley Thompson of Columbia, Alexis Sanders of Lumberton and Karmyn Sanders of Lumberton; and his siblings, Fred Cooper (Cornelia) of Columbia, Herman Cooper (Beverly) of Petal and Hilda Holliman (Jim) of Lumberton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
