Elkins (Lumberton, Mississippi), born in Hazlehurst, Mississippi, who passed away on August 4, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest L. Weathersby and Willie Esther Teasley Weathersby; and her siblings, Cecil Weathersby, Joseph Weathersby (Jake) and Effie Lee Case.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Elkins; her children, Larry Martin (Betsy) and Cheryl Wilkerson (Tony); her sisters, Inez Clark, Joy Reidie and JoAnn McCann; and her grandchildren, Dustin Wilkerson, Joshua Wilkerson, Skylar Wilkerson and Emily Martin. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
