He was predeceased by: his parents, Carles Herbert Lepard and Elnora Nash; his son Ernest Ray Lepard, Jr.; and his sister Juanita Kreiser. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda O'Neal (Jack) of Lumberton, MS and Donald Rouse (Kanami) of Japan; his siblings, Edna Fields of Memphis, TN, Barbara Ann Lepard of Arlington, TN, Clara Cornelius of Oakland, TN, Isaac Lepard of Memphis, TN, Kenneth "Kenny" Lepard of Arlington, TN, Richard Lepard of Oakland, TN and Gary Lepard of Helena, MT; and his grandchildren, Brannon Rouse, Ryan Rouse, Wade Shinall and Emily Ervin.
