He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemual Keith and Samantha Keith. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Keith; his children, Scotty Keith (Jacqueline) of Dyersburg, TN, Roger Keith, Carrie Thompson and Pam Simmons (Dwayne); and his grandchildren, Adam Simmons (Pam), Samantha Bardwell, Brittany Exline (Josh), Ryan Keith (Brooke), Cheyenne Dean (Brandon) and Dustin Thompson. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
