He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Madison; his children, David Lamar Madison, Johnny Ray Madison (Brenda), Renaye Burge (Tony), Sandy Louise Madison, Debbie Lynn Lewis (Billy Rex) and Kirt Rayburn Madison (Leneah); and his siblings, Sharon Ford, Wanda Lowe, Janie Lucas and Bruce Madison. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
