She was predeceased by: her parents, James Locke and Leola Locke; and her sons, Sheldon Lowe and James Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Velton Lowe of Lumberton; her son Lance Daniele Lowe (Georgetta Marie) of Lumberton; and her siblings, Orval Locke (Edna) of Seminary, Larry Locke (Rachel) of Petal and Nina Mason (Doug) of Purvis. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
