He was predeceased by: his father Milton Magee; and his son Daniel Magee. He is survived by: his wife Jensie Magee; his children, David Magee (Rhonda) and Nancy Blackmon (Ryan); his stepson Chad McDaniel (Allison); and his siblings, Robin Magee (Zelma), Jennifer Magee and Betsy Magee. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
